At Early Links, we take a collaborative approach to our work with children and their families, putting families at the centre of our practices. The most important people in any child’s life are the family. As such, families have the greatest influence on creating change in children’s development. Early Links aims to combine our professional expertise with families’ knowledge and understanding of the child, working together to create the best opportunities for children to grow and develop.
Children learn and refine their developing skills through what they do every day. All children benefit from having opportunities to play and learn from the important people in their lives, including their friends. Inclusion means that every child is valued, included and supported. Early Links helps to ensure that all children have equal opportunities to participate meaningfully in ways that support their development and wellbeing. Early Links is able to support mainstream settings such as children’s services and school settings by providing hands on support, information, resources and tailored training sessions.
All children, regardless of their circumstances or abilities have the capacity and natural inclination to drive towards success. Children’s development progresses when they, their families, educators and professionals work together and have high expectations for learning and development. At Early Links Inclusion Support Service we believe “Every child, Every Opportunity”, we work to help create these opportunities in a way that combines children’s interests, strengths as well as their developing skills.
